Features

  • Added a custom First Mate rejection message when attempting to dock at Bilgewater when it's not the open port, since the Navy wouldn't logically be able to occupy Bilgewater.
  • Bilgewater is now one of the possible safe ports to dock at when chased by Bounty Hunters and Warships, and includes all-new First Mate dialogue.
  • When using any bayonet weapon, you can press the V key to stab whenever you want.

Maintenance

  • Added team crew chat support to Team PvP modes.
  • Added new custom skill icons for Freeze Sweep, Shock Sweep, Inferno Sweep, and Hurricane Slash.
  • Added custom loading screens for all Raven's Cove interiors.
  • Code cleanup.
  • Moved the Cave of Lost Souls to a more lore-accurate location. In its old location, additional Fire Bats now spawn.
  • Replaced Pain Immunity with Blindness Immunity on Gemstone Blade.
  • Split the Flagship option in the Sailing Events Find-a-Crew lobby into three types: EITC, Navy, and Skeleton, since each type of ship now drops its own unique type of loot.
  • Swapped out the UI design used for the Open Port notifier to be more clean/to match with the rest of the game's UI rules.
  • Tweaked the stats for the Iron Priming Cannon Ram -- swapped out +1 Thunderbolt boost for +2 Round Shot boost.
    • This has the ram be more in line with the stats from its family, and also delineates it as a more Copperhead-based cannon ram, and making other boosters like the Phantom Cannon Ram the mainstay for any Thunderbolt-related stat boosts.
  • When attempting to dock at Kingshead, the First Mate voice will mention the Navy instead of using the generic wild island rejection message.
  • Various quest typo fixes.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug where Mac users couldn't drink potions.
  • Fixed a bug with Panda3D that caused flagships to crash painfully often for no apparent reason.
  • Fixed a crash related to client/server time syncing.
  • Fixed a district reset when interacting with an injured pirate.
  • Fixed a memory error with minimap object updates.
  • Fixed an ancient 2010-era vis zone bug that caused props that were placed behind the elevator shack on Raven's Cove to be invisible.
  • Fixed bugs with seams on the Tourist Long Coat and the Cotton Long Coat.
  • Fixed fish legendary bonus quest tasks.
  • Fixed fish weight quest tasks not completing due to fish eating other fish.
  • Fixed invalid caching of minimap icons for fleets.
  • Fixed most viszone issues in Cursed Caverns.
  • Fixed tattoo daily quests with new dialog system.
  • Fixed various crashes/infinite loading screens caused by deprecated quests.
  • The Open Port notifier below the compass will no longer cut off the names of certain ocean zones (like Windward Passage or Uncharted Waters).
