Bonjour!

'Twas quiet all throughout the night!
Not a creature was stirring, not even a gator;
The Palm Tree was decorated with flair,
In hopes that Pierre Noel soon would be there;
I came by sea! I came by land!
I jumped off my craft and let out a hearty laugh!
I set up my chest filled with treasure!
Have your pickings at your leisure!

I come across the seas from the island of Les Escargots. It is a long tradition of ours to sail across the Caribbean to deliver gifts to all those who are merry! I brought as many gifts as my ship could carry!

You'll find me under the Winter Festival Palm Tree on the shores of Tortuga. Open my Festive Skull Chest and you'll see two gifts this year! Raise a cup of cheer and have no fear! Have a cap that is black! I am sure these two new gifts, you shall hold ever dear...

I will depart back home after the 30th of January of the new year! May it be grand and forever etched within the sands!

Oh before I depart, I have a message found in a bottle that I dredged up from the sea on my journey to Tortuga! It bears the following message!

"Dear Pierre Noel, If ye haven't met me before, I be Atlas Anchor, one o' the members o' the illustrious Crossbones Crew n' resident detail noticer! Since it is your tradition of giving gifts, I figured I'd help you bring the cheer!

Speakin' o' which, somethin' that I noticed recently be that the sail designers o' the Caribbean be missin' out on some lucrative business opportunities! As it says in me name (it came from me mother's side), I happen to be quite the connoisseur o' anchors... n' it just so happens that there be a major lack o' anchor representation here in the Caribbean!

To remedy this tragedy, I had a good friend o' mine sketch up some designs o' some very dazzlin' lookin' anchors n' I sent 'em over to all o' the shipwrights in the Caribbean! It seems to me that I be givin' 'em free money! Harr harr!

However, that be not all! I went to all o' the tattoo artists who already offer anchor chest tattoos n' pitched the followin' to 'em: What if ye did that, but on arms as well! I practically be a business guru at this point!

Finally, I decided to help out a good tattoo artist friend o' mine to give 'em a lot o' business. I lent 'em the designs me friend made fer the sailin' emblems to make as tattoos, along with some other ones we didn't give to the shipwrights! They be about to swim in gold doubloons after they see how many people are clamorin' fer anchors, if only they didn't work in a supposedly "secret outpost"... Oh well, I tried what I could! Harr harr!

Anyways, definitely give those tattoo artists n' shipwrights a visit (n' money)! I can't wait to see the Caribbean be full o' love fer anchors with all o' these new anchor-themed delights!

- Atlas Anchor"

It seems you all are in good hands with Mr. Anchor bearing anchory gifts! I wish ye all a happy Winter Festival, Fair winds!

- Pierre Noel
